About Kare Plus Agencies

Kare Plus Limited was originally formed by Mr Andrew (Andy) Parsonage RGN RMN in 1989. The company's main activity was the supply of staff to Hospital N.H.S. Trusts, private hospitals, nursing homes, industry, private clients and community care.

Although Kare Plus Limited remains in name only it was one of the first, if not the first, to use a computerised booking system. Applicants were carefully selected and added to the large database. The register was then searched to select the appropriately skilled temporary worker to satisfy the client’s requirements.

The scope of business was extended to include franchising in 1999 as Kare Plus Agencies Limited. Thereby enabling us to use the skills and intellectual resources we have developed to help others start their own business. This involves the selection, recruitment, supervision and auditing of suitable franchisee’s to provide a quality ensured care service.

We now have numerous companies trading throughout the UK with more due to open. We are currently supplying nursing, medical and ancillary staff of all grades to hospitals and other medical facilities including industry, community, airports and the prison service. Our services cover 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
